About Me!
I am skilled in educational leadership and curriculum development, collaborating with school administrators and teachers in K-6 settings. My work as an ELA consultant focuses on optimizing school teams and developing effective strategies and processes to enhance learning environments.
Currently, I’m dedicated to integrating innovative teaching methods and educational technologies in K-6 classrooms, from implementing support systems to utilizing digital tools that transform learning experiences.
As a certified teacher with a Master’s of Education in Elementary Education, specializing in Language Arts, I bring a deep understanding of pedagogy, a wealth of skills, and a passion for making a significant impact in any educational setting.
Humor is a big part of my approach. I’m often told, “I’m coming to your sessions because I know I’m going to laugh.” I believe that learning should be engaging and enjoyable, and I take pride in creating an environment where both are possible.
I’m a strong advocate for achieving a sense of “whelm”—reducing overwhelm by making tasks manageable and clear. I’m also deeply interested in developing habits and routines that support effective classroom instruction.
🎨Creativity drives me; I’m an idea generator by nature. My daily goals revolve around three core principles:
🟠Learn something new
🟠Challenge myself
🟠Make ideas accessible
👀I’m actively seeking opportunities to:
🟠Collaborate with educational publishers
🟠Write fiction and nonfiction that connects to curriculum
🟠Expand my knowledge in instructional design
💪Core Strengths:
🟠Dynamic presentations
🟠Simplifying complex concepts
🟠Teaching learners across all age groups
🟠Building strong connections with others
